If you are having problems with your DSL service (no connectivity
or slow speeds) please unplug the power to your router for
10 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and wait one minute
before trying to connect. If this rebooting process does not
help, please notify One Source Communications that you are
having a problem.
Keep in mind because of the nature of DSL your DSL provider
requires that someone from the site call in to their tech
support line.
