How does it work?

1. Communications Consulting – One Source Communications offers a potential client the opportunity to receive consultation in the form of a communications analysis. Prior to becoming a bundled client, One Source will review a potential customer's present communications cost in order to identify areas to save the customer money. The analysis shows an average savings of 12% - 15% on the customer's present cost. The goal of One Source is to minimize the customer's expense by finding ways to streamline their communication services. The consulting service continues after becoming a One Source customer because the communications industry is one of constant change.

2. Customer Service – One Source Communications also provides one number to call for all service issues. One Source eliminates having to wait on hold to get an issue solved by making ourselves available to our customers. Our dedicated professionals are trained to assist with problems such as, line failure, static, damaged equipment, or adding additional lines and features. One number to call for all issues will save your staff a considerable amount of time.

3. Customized Billing Solution – One Source will consolidate all of your communications invoices into one easy to understand "bundled" bill. The first step is to review and reconcile each invoice to make sure there are no billing errors or erroneous charges. One Source will pay all of your bills in advance prior to the vendors due date. At the customer's request, One Source can provide a customized accounting breakdown of all communication expenses by general ledger code, department or location. We also develop customized "at a glance" management reporting, for your business.

In order to complete an analysis on your present communications we will need the following most recently paid communication invoices. (3 months on cellular bills)
  • Local Service
  • Long Distance Service
  • Paging Service
  • Cellular Service (3 months of service)
  • Internet
  • Answering Service
